RMA Policy

ZEPLIN extends its Flash warranty policy to the original purchasing entity only.

To receive repair / replacement please file for an RMA number via (

An RMA number will be assigned within 3 business days from receipt of the RMA request form.

Customer will assume all shipping charges on items returned to ZEPLIN.
ZEPLIN will assume all shipping charges on items returned to customers.
If it is confirmed that the product has exceeded the warranty scope, customer will cover all shipping charges. If original proof of purchase is not available the warranty period will be based on the manufacturing date of the serial number.

ZEPLIN will require the customer to provide which shipping carrier was used and tracking number.
ZEPLIN is not responsible for any loss or damage to the merchandise during or caused by the shipment. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge provided that items are not abused, misused, neglected or modified. All data will be wiped and unrecoverable upon repair or replacement.

RMA is only available in original country of sale (US, AU, or JP)
